Declaration for Marriage Equality in Kentucky

Take action by   Monday, December 31, 2012

Contact: Marriage Equality Kentucky 877 KEF-5775 - Ext 2 (office)

About the Marriage Declaration

The Marriage Declaration means one of two things:
  1. Same-Sex: The proclamation is a desire of you and your partner to enter into a same-sex marriage. You request that the Kentucky House and Senate pass legislation rescinding Constitutional Amendment 233A  and allow Kentucky citizens to vote on the issue again.
  2. Opposite-Sex: The proclamation is your belief that marriage should be an all inclusive institution; same-sex couples should enjoy all of the benefits extended to opposite-sex couples.  We request that the Kentucky House and Senate pass legislation rescinding Constitutional Amendment 233A  and allow Kentucky citizens to vote on the issue again.

Once enough people have signed the Declaration, it will be presented to your elected officials in Frankfort, KY.

You may sign the online petition below, or sign the petition provided by Change.org in memory of Federation co-Founder and Board member Kimball Roy (or you may sign both if you really want to "drive your message home"):
